Tenders are invited for Maintenance, supply, and installation of airconditioners and spareparts under framework agreement
Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day starting from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm at EUCL Headquarter, KN82 ST Nyarugenge District, 1st Floor, Room N G114, the Secretariat Office of the Procurement Management of EUCL,E-mail: procurement-eucl@eucl.reg.rw, onizeyimana@eucl.reg.rw upon presentation of a proof payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000Frw) deposited to Account N 25044962001 opened at I & M Bank, Rwanda.
All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of 1,200,000Rwf issued by a reputable financial Institution Recognized in Rwanda. The bids will remain valid for 120 days starting from the deadline of bids submission. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title.
